Tips for Glowing Hair & Skin

For the skin

Skin hyper-pigmentation can occur for many reasons such as Melanin, Poor diet, Dehydration, Environmental issues, Sun damage, and Health issues (i.e. hormonal changes).  So, it’s important to follow the basic regime.

Step 1 Bath & Shower

Lather your skin every day with shower gel or soap.

Exfoliate your face and body with an exfoliating scrub 1-2 times a week.

(TIP: Pat your skin gently dry with a towel).

Step 2 Moisturising

Immediately after bathing or showering when your pores are open moisturise your face and body, with cream, lotion or body oil.

(TIP: When your pores are open more moisture gets absorbed in the skin).

For the Hair

Step 1 Deep nourishing treatment

Rub hair oil from root to tip and massage oil on the scalp, let the treatment set over night or for minimum of 3 hours and wash out thoroughly.

(TIP: For best results leave overnight).

Step 2 Moisturising, flyways & ends

Use hair oil as a serum, apply a small amount to the palm of your hand, rub and smooth over the hair strands.

(TIP: To lock in moisture concentrate on mid to the ends of hair).
